Waitlist Information: When you request early access, we collect your name, company name, email address, and optionally your phone number. This information is used solely to contact you about iON Nucleus availability.
Platform Usage: When MSPs and their clients use the iON Nucleus platform, we process data necessary to provide the service, including account information, tickets, documents, and other content created within the platform. This data belongs to the MSP and their clients and is stored in isolated tenant environments.

iON Nucleus is a multi-tenant platform. Each MSP tenant and their client tenants have logically isolated data environments. An MSP can only access data belonging to their own organization and their clients. Client users can only access data within their own tenant.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are a client of an MSP using iON Nucleus, please contact your MSP directly, as they are the data controller for your information within the platform.
